The Kingdom of our God is a Kingdom of power

The earth is full Kingdoms and peoples, strong and mighty. The strong have always oppressed the weak and many a times, power in the hands of men is misused. However, all Kingdoms of the earth rise and fall. God, however, has set up His Kingdom that will remain forever; a Kingdom that is stronger than the strongest, greater than the greatest, higher than the highest.

This is what Daniel saw in his dream when he saw a Statue that represented different Kingdoms at different times, but a stone cut from heaven, not by human hands, fell on and crushed all the kingdoms of the earth.

No matter how strong and mighty you feel, you should never forget that power belongs and therefore comes from God . One ought to always humble himself before the Lord.

 

An Apostolic visit by Pr. Darrly

16 years ago, Pr. Darrly who came to Uganda as a missionary from USA and had been in Uganda (Kampala) for only one year came to Kisoro with a team of 5 youths to start a church that was later to be known as Kisoro Christian Centre.


The church has gone through a lot of ups and downs and Pr. Darrly has been busy with church planting and missions in many other places had never come back to Kisoro. This Month however, 1st and 2nd October, Pr. Darrly paid an apostolic visit to the church after 16 years. He came with his family (Wife and 3 children). We had a session for leaders and we had a service with him on Sunday 2nd October 2016.

It was memorable indeed and may God bless him!!

A memorable Apostolic visit by Pr. Darrly Woodson

Pr. Darrly who is the human brain that God used to plant Kisoro Christian Centre 16 years ago paid an apostolic visit to the church this October. On 1st Ocober 2016, he trained leaders and ministers and on Sunday 2nd October, he ministered in the main Service. God bless Pr. Darrly and his family!

A new wave of revival has been sparked in Kisoro. Pentecostal churches worked together to organize the first Kisoro For Jesus Festival! Speakers like P.J Miduri from USA and Pr. Sam Mukabi from MPC Masaka blessed the people. Have a look at the photos below:

At KCC, we begun a series of teachings titled "walking with the Lord. We have so far handled sub topics like 

1. The Price of walking with Lord
2. Deliverance - a prerequisite of walking with the Lord.

2014 CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS PARTY

Children had an opportunity to minister in the service and enjoyed a party where they even cut a cake. It was so interesting. Thanks to Faith Yamumpereka and Patience Turamuhawe that spearheaded the preparations!
